### Shipping

- How long does delivery take? Orders are printed and dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 days depending on your location, and you get tracking as soon as it ships.
- What does shipping cost? Free on every order above ₹2999. A shipping charge applies to orders below ₹2999, according to the courier service. North-East states (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and Sikkim): ₹130 per 500 g.
- Do you ship outside India? Not yet. We currently deliver pan-India only — write to us for large international orders.

### Returns & replacements

- Can I return a custom product? Everything we make is custom-made for you, so there are no returns or refunds. This includes a change of mind, a wrong size or a mistake in your design. If your order is damaged or wrong from our side, email orders@customkaro.in within 3-5 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
- How do I report a problem? Email orders@customkaro.in within 3-5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging, and we'll reply within one working day.
- Can I cancel my order? Once paid, this order is sent to production and cannot be cancelled. Please check your design, size and delivery address before you pay.
- Wrong size ordered? Every product is custom-made, so we cannot exchange a size. Check the size chart on the product page before you order.

### Artwork & orders

- What are the print types (DTG, DTF, Puff, Embroidery)? DTG (direct to garment). The design is printed straight onto the fabric. Good for detailed, full-colour artwork.
- What file should I send? In the design editor you can upload a PNG or JPG up to 26 MB. A large, sharp image prints sharp.
- Is there a minimum order? No. Order a single piece or a thousand — bulk pricing kicks in from 25 pieces.
- Can I see a proof first? Yes. The editor shows your design on the product with a live preview before you order.
