Shipping
+How long does delivery take?
Orders are printed and dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 days depending on your location, and you get tracking as soon as it ships.
+What does shipping cost?
Free on every order above ₹2999. A shipping charge applies to orders below ₹2999, according to the courier service.
+Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently deliver pan-India only — write to us for large international orders.
Returns & replacements
+Can I return a custom product?
Everything we make is custom-made for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, and there is no refund for a change of mind, a wrong size or a mistake in your design. If a product arrives damaged or defective, email Customkaro.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We check them and refund your order if the fault is ours.
+How do I report a problem?
Email Customkaro.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging, and we'll reply within one working day.
+Wrong size ordered?
Every product is custom-made, so we cannot exchange a size. Check the size chart on the product page before you order.
Artwork & orders
+What file should I send?
In the design editor you can upload a PNG or JPG up to 26 MB. A large, sharp image prints sharp.
+Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single piece or a thousand — bulk pricing kicks in from 25 pieces.
+Can I see a proof first?
Yes. The editor shows your design on the product with a live preview before you order.
