By using customkaro.in and placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if we cannot print your design.
Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown before you pay.
Your designs
You confirm that you own the design or have the right to use it. Do not upload anything that infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful, hateful or adult. We may refuse or cancel an order for such a design. You are responsible for any claim about a design you uploaded.
Print differences
Colours on a screen can look slightly different from the printed product. Small differences in print position and colour are normal for printed products.
Shipping, returns and refunds
See the Shipping and Refund & Returns pages. Everything is custom-made, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. We refund an order only when the product arrives damaged or defective through our fault and you tell us within 7 days of delivery.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India.
