Refund & Returns
Every CustomKaro product is custom-made for you, with your own design, size and colour, so it cannot be resold. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and there is no refund for a change of mind, a wrong size or colour, or a mistake in the design you made or uploaded.
Damaged or defective product
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email Customkaro.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We check the photos, and if the damage or defect is on our side, we refund your order.
Before you order
- Check your design in the editor preview.
- Check the size chart on the product page.
- Check your delivery address and phone number.
